About this data

Source is the Department of Labor's public Form 5500 Latest datasets, not a pre-filtered FOIA extract. We keep every Lancaster County filing (sponsor ZIP), then join Schedule A and Schedule C on ACK_ID so a missing line means it was not on the 5500.

Schedule A is carrier-contract commissions. Schedule C is plan-paid amounts to named parties. They are not added together. Amounts are annual. Unmapped names keep the filing dollars; we do not invent EINs or compensation.

Machine clients can use the JSON API at /api/v1 and the index at /llms.txt. Stable identifiers are sponsor EIN, broker entity ID, ACK_ID, and URL slugs.

Employer and broker plan-year pages show the Form 5500. Comparisons, charts, peer bands, and disruption flags live on /analytics.
